Why is my web site Suspended?
There are several reasons why your website could potentially become suspended. However, the most common reason for suspension is non-payment.
If your account has been suspended, you will see a page stating that your account has been suspended when you try to visit your domain. The suspension page on your domain will contain a login link. Once you have logged in via this link, you will be provided the reason your account was suspended, as well as providing further instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Your web hosting account for example.com has been suspended, as of 2013-01-23 14:49:06.For more information about this account, please call (800) 101-1798.
- Reason: customer failed to pay.
If your account is suspended for non-payment, the best way to resolve the issue is to renew. You will be automatically prompted to renew by logging in to your cPanel from my.HostGator.sg
